As yogis we learn best through doing, we are tactile creatures that like to learn and explore through practice.
We develop our asana through practice and self enquiry. Why shouldn’t learning anatomy be any different?
With the first in our series of mini retreats here in Mayo, we will explore from our feet to our hips and what it means to our practice and how we teach yoga to our students. Accommodation in one of our beautiful glamping pods will also be available, should you need to stay over. This retreat is ideally suited to a qualified yoga teacher or an experienced yoga practitioner.
